I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things connect. Growing up, I had a deep interest in history — not just events, but how small decisions and circumstances shape outcomes over time. That same curiosity eventually led me to investing and financial markets, where people, timing, and problem-solving all intersect.
After college, I worked my way through the corporate world while serving as an Army officer in the reserves. Like many people, I went through a period where I hadn’t quite found my place. That changed when I bought my first investment property. It immediately clicked — real estate combined everything I cared about: finance, history, people, and creating practical solutions.
Today, I’m a veteran, a wealth advisor, and a real estate investor with nearly a decade of experience. What defines my approach is perseverance. I don’t give up easily on things that matter — whether that’s mastering complex financial exams over many years or helping someone work through a difficult property situation.
I don’t see properties as transactions. Every home has a story, and every owner has a reason they’re reaching out. My job is to understand both.
Many sellers come to me feeling overwhelmed. The property may be the issue on the surface, but usually there’s more going on — life changes, stress, or situations outside their control. Often, what they want most isn’t top dollar; it’s relief and clarity.
Here’s how I help:
I believe in honest, upfront dialogue. My goal isn’t to force a sale — it’s to make sure the solution actually fits the situation.
Sometimes that means buying the property directly. Other times, it means helping a seller understand their home’s value, what repairs really matter, or even pointing them toward a broker if that’s the better option. I’m comfortable telling someone not to sell to me if it’s not in their best interest.
At the end of the day, I focus on reducing stress, creating clarity, and helping people move forward — whatever that looks like for them.
